Simon Levy Associates' architectural experience means it can provide a broad range of architectural services. These include planning consultancy, cost consultancy, feasibility studies and detailed floor plans for new builds, alterations and conversions.
 

Building defect diagnosis and investigation

In the event of an isolated building defect such as a structural crack, we can perform a survey to determine the cause of the problem. After our inspection we will always give you expert advice regarding the building repair work that will need to be done.

Restoration, refurbishment and repairs

Similar to our work on new builds we can provide support for restorations, refurbishments and repairs of existing buildings. One of our surveyors will always maintain a presence on site to ensure projects meet budgetary requirements and are completed on time. We can arrange planning permissions and make sure historic or listed buildings are preserved.
